Second Harvest Food Bank is very grateful to our food drive donors - both Virtual Food Drive and traditional food drive donors - whose generosity makes a huge impact for the people served by our network of more than 300 pantry partners and programs.

Throughout the year companies, organizations and individuals host Virtual Food Drives to benefit Second Harvest and to help us provide for those in need. These food drives also create awareness around the issue of hunger in our community. Because Second Harvest can use its bulk purchasing power to buy food a greatly reduced cost, Virtual Food Drive donations provide much more food than the average consumer could buy for the same amount of money. Every $1 helps us provide the equivalent of 3 meals.
